Are you looking to rent a home with us? Here’s what you need to know.
Anyone aged 16 or over can apply for housing with us and get personalised and honest advice.
Most of the homes we let are for social rent. However, the demand is far greater than the number of homes we have available.
Wheatley Group's housing associations let around 4300 homes a year – but we have more than 21,000 people on our housing lists.
We have a legal duty to let our homes for social rent to people in the greatest need. This includes people who are statutory homeless, families living in overcrowded homes, social housing tenants who are under-occupying their home or people living in homes which don’t meet tolerable standards.
To get started, you'll need to register for a free online account – remember you'll need a valid email address. We can help if you don't have an email.
You'll be asked some questions about your household and circumstances. We'll give you a Personal Plan with information about your housing needs and advice on what options are available.
